Seeking a dedicated and experienced cook to join our early learning community. We are looking for someone who can provide healthy meals to our children, nourishing them through food and with knowledge of healthy eating practices.
Job Description:
* Prepare and serve nutritious meals to children in an early childhood setting
* Work collaboratively with educators and other kitchen staff to achieve high-quality meal outcomes
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (required)
* Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
* Cert II / III in Commercial Cooking (highly regarded, however not required)
* Cooking experience in an early childhood setting (highly regarded)
