About This Opportunity:
We're seeking a visionary Senior Brand Manager to drive our TENA retail incontinence portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.
Based in VIC, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a 3–5 year brand category strategy, leading innovation, communication, and commercial initiatives that enhance brand performance and deliver growth.
* Lead strategic planning and execution of brand campaigns across TV, digital, social, and POS channels.
* Develop and implement NPD strategies that drive local and global market success.
* Oversee insights, analytics, and brand health tracking to inform consumer research and actionable brand plans.
* Build and maintain relationships with media, creative, and research agencies.
* Align cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply, Finance, and Global stakeholders, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in brand management, ideally in FMCG.
* Strong capabilities across the 6 Ps: Positioning, Product, Pack, Price, Promotion, and Place.
* Strategic thinker with end-to-end NPD experience and strong business acumen.
* Confident influencer who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Collaborative, hands-on, decisive, and an excellent communicator.
