Job Description Join Healthcare Australia (HCA), a leading healthcare provider, and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of allied health services to clients nationwide. As an Administration Officer - Allied Health (Homecare), you’ll provide key administrative and coordination support to our national homecare portfolio, working closely with homecare managers, state managers, and allied health therapists to help clients receive timely and effective care. Applications Close 4th of December. Day to day! Manage and process referrals from homecare managers across national locations Coordinate and allocate allied health therapists to client services Maintain referral tracking systems and ensure documentation accuracy Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and therapists to support seamless service delivery Prepare and send client documentation and correspondence Support the National Allied Health team with day-to-day administrative tasks and reporting Lets talk about you! You’re an organised, proactive, and people-focused professional who thrives in a busy, team-driven environment, bringing strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, confidence in liaising with stakeholders, proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to quickly learn new systems, and a positive, collaborative attitude with a focus on service excellence.
