About the Role:
We're currently seeking an experienced
Senior Functional Tester
with strong hands-on experience across
Kronos (Workforce Management)
and
SAP integration testing
. This is a great opportunity to join a high-profile enterprise program and work alongside a collaborative team delivering large-scale system transformation.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute
end-to-end functional testing
across Kronos, SAP HCM/Payroll and integrated enterprise systems
* Develop
test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases
aligned with business and technical requirements
* Perform
system integration, regression, and UAT support
to ensure seamless data flow between Kronos and SAP
* Liaise with business users, developers, and vendors to manage defects and drive quality outcomes
* Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and documentation standards
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proven
Functional Testing
experience (minimum 5+ years) across complex enterprise applications
* Strong hands-on
Kronos testing experience
* Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Workforce modules
* Demonstrated
integration testing
experience between Kronos and
SAP HCM / Payroll
(or similar systems)
* Ability to analyse data and interface mappings between systems
* Proficient in
defect management tools
(e.g. JIRA, HP ALM) and testing documentation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable Skills:
* Exposure to Workday or SuccessFactors
* Experience with automation frameworks or scripting (nice to have)
* Understanding of HR, Payroll, and Workforce processes
* ISTQB Certification
