This key role supports the entire food and beverage operation across the hotel, with a focus on leading a small team during our signature Le Petit Chef event.

We are seeking an exceptional Event Service Team Leader who will ensure the event runs smoothly and meets high standards.
* Manage event setup and pack-down effectively
* Brief the team on all aspects of the event
* Provide clear direction and guidance
* Support team members in their roles
* Ensure each guest's experience exceeds expectations
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 1 year of proven experience in motivating and leading a team in a fast-paced events or F&B environment.
You should possess excellent customer service skills and be able to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
