Store Leadership Opportunity
At our retail organization, we're seeking a talented and motivated Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive customer-centric culture and deliver exceptional store experiences through leading by example.
* Develop talent within the team and drive financial sales, profit, and productivity by achieving targets set by the business.
* Showcase expertise in Visual Merchandising by crafting a welcoming and visually captivating atmosphere that grabs customers' attention.
* Oversight of store rostering and wage expenses, maintaining a sharp emphasis on commercial acumen.
* Effective management of stock (up to 15kg) in a fast-paced environment to service customers.
* Diligent tracking of store sales performance, recognizing exceptional results and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement – communicate findings to peers and senior management.
* Collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit dedicated retail professionals to join our organization.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager.
* A passion for the retail industry is a must.
* Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
* Operational excellence, experienced across stock control & visual merchandising.
