An award-winning builder and developer in Canberra is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of an $80M multi-tower mixed-use residential complex. This flagship development is part of a robust pipeline of future projects, making it a prime opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role on a high-profile build.
Your new role
* Oversee the operational and financial delivery of complex projects from inception to completion.
* Lead and collaborate with a high-performing project team to ensure excellence across all phases.
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with critical milestones.
* Source and manage materials and labour to meet project specifications and timelines.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of client satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering projects above $30M+.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Expertise in project scheduling tools and financial reporting
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Experienced Senior Project Engineers that are looking to step up are also encouraged to apply.
