At PwC Australia, the Advisory Technology team helps solve practical challenges faced by our diversified Advisory business and clients. As an AI Engineer, you’ll work with clients across Advisory Technology to adopt emerging technologies, understand customer problems, and apply digital solutions to support the technological transformation of modern businesses.

What you’ll do
- Building and managing prompts with version control to meet business needs; optimize outputs via tailored context injection.
- Facilitating workshops to capture current processes and design future workflows guiding assistant development.
- Configure AI assistants and workflows using OpenAI GPTs, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and LangGraph.
What we’re looking for
- An aptitude for scoping and delivering enterprise-ready AI solutions that support business processes, combining consulting rigour with hands-on build and foundational AI expertise.
- Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to design and maintain reusable prompts tailored to the problem.
- Expertise in context optimisation to ensure LLMs deliver accurate and cost-effective outputs aligned to client needs.
- Ability to drive collaborative efforts with external clients and internal stakeholders to understand core processes and deliver AI solutions.
- Risk management skills to design guardrails and safety controls for high-quality and protected AI usage.
- Facilitate client workshops and proofs of concept, presenting approaches, decisions, assumptions, risks, and how solutions fit into business workflows.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts, align stakeholders, and drive AI adoption internally and externally.
- Optional proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node, LangGraph, and Langfuse.
