About the Opportunity: We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team. Deliver exceptional dining experience for both our guests and crew. You will ensure a high standard of service and restaurant operations whilst promoting a positive work culture.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations
* Manage both front-of-house and back-of-house functions on a daily basis
* Supervise dining services, private functions, and special events
* Lead, train, and roster staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
* Uphold high standards of customer service and address guest feedback professionally
* Oversee inventory control, purchasing, and supplier coordination
* Track budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing requirements
* Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
Skills and Experience
* At least 2–3 years' experience in hospitality or restaurant management
* Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
* Excellent communication and guest service skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage operations, staff, and financials effectively
* Experience in high-volume service environments is highly regarded
* Solid understanding of industry standards, compliance, and regulations
