About the role :
We have an exciting opportunity in our Toowoomba Agri Solutions Store for an experienced, enthusiastic, and organized self-starter to join our team on a full-time basis.
Your day-to-day activities will include :
Providing agricultural advisory and sales services to clients and building business partnerships through sound technical advice.
Proactively sourcing new customers to meet branch KPIs and sales targets.
Managing inventory, including ordering, receipt, stocktaking, and dispatch.
Processing sales and generating quotes.
About you :
You should be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with strong customer service and sales experience.
Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks and a keen interest in agriculture are essential.
Skills and experience required :
Strong customer service and sales experience.
Experience in rural retail and warehousing (highly desirable).
Understanding of the rural industry.
Knowledge of Agricultural Science, Animal Health, or Agronomy is an advantage.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS, and administrative tasks.
Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
Focus on Work Health & Safety.
Forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
