About The Role
The Senior Maintenance and Projects Planner is responsible for the provision of expert proactive development and implementation of asset management lifecycle strategies to deliver West Moreton Hospital and Health Service strategic and operational objectives.
About You
4. Extensive knowledge and experience and demonstrated and proven performance in computerised maintenance management systems applied to infrastructure assets and facilities.
5. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in planning and scheduling of projects.
6. Extensive knowledge and proven performance in life cycle management of civil, electrical and mechanical infrastructure assets in relation to facility infrastructure.
7. High level of interpersonal and communication skills specifically in relation to liaising with professional engineering, trades and clinical staff within a team environment.
8. Demonstrated ability to develop maintenance programmes that meet relevant regulatory requirements.
