Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to fill the role of Casual Call Centre Mentor. In this position, you will provide peer support to students by making outbound calls and sending emails, offering study guidance and helping resolve common queries.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide ongoing supervision and support to Coordinator, Priority Students
* Work remotely in a virtual call centre environment
* Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping across multiple systems
* Navigate internal staff resources and systems to search for and provide accurate information
* Contribute to team success by offering support and advice to colleagues

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must:
* Be a current Deakin University student with at least 2 trimesters/semesters of study completed
* Demonstrate experience supporting others in formal or informal settings
* Show a strong interest in peer-to-peer support
* Have excellent communication skills and ability to engage clearly and professionally
* Have previous customer service experience
* Familiarity with Deakin's student support services is highly desirable
