Key Leadership Role: Commercial Manager

Job Responsibilities
1. Taking full ownership of the commercial lifecycle across a portfolio of exciting projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and strategic oversight from pre-contract to final account.
2. Overseeing all commercial functions including contracts, financials, procurement, and risk management.
3. Leading and mentoring a high-performing team of Contract Administrators and Quantity Surveyors.
4. Driving continuous improvement across commercial practices and systems.
5. Managing project cash flow, cost reporting, and variations with accuracy and foresight.
6. Collaborating with project managers, estimators, and design teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Your Skills and Experience
1. At least 7 years' management-level experience in commercial and contract administration in construction, engineering or similar projects.
2. Proven ability to manage complex commercial matters and provide strategic advice to mitigate risk.
3. Strong knowledge of commercial construction principles, building regulations, and industry best practices.
4. Proven experience working in partnership with senior leadership teams and managers of a construction or high-risk industry business.
