Temporary Full Time up to 12 months for the Trainee Pathology Collections
Temporary Full Time up to 24 months for Trainee Laboratory Assistant
**Position Classification**: Trainee Year 10 Level A
**Remuneration**: $19,942.13 - $40,306.68 per annum plus superannuation

**About the Opportunity**

The NSW Government has committed to increase the number of apprenticeships and Traineeships across the NSW public sector. In line with this, NSW Health Pathology are offering an excellent opportunity to gain on the job experience and a nationally recognised qualification. The Traineeship will provide on the job training and support attendance at TAFE working towards gaining one of the following qualifications; Certificate III in Pathology Collections or Certificate III in Laboratory Skills. It is anticipated that the Traineeship will commence in early February 2025.

**What you'll be doing**

Perform a range of laboratory support and/or specimen reception services and/or collection services, and provide assistance to laboratory staff, under supervision, to deliver a patient focused service.
