We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Communications Officer to help us share our story, strengthen our brand, and implement our newly developed marketing strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by shaping how Terra Rosa communicates with clients, partners, and the wider community.
This position is offered on a part-time basis ****** hours per week) with flexibility to accommodate the availability of the right candidate.
What You'll Do
Social Media Management: Create engaging content and manage our LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook presence.
Marketing Collateral: Update and design capability statements, pitch decks, one-pagers, and flyers that showcase our services and impact.
Website Management: Coordinate a full redesign of our TR website, manage ongoing updates, and implement SEO improvements.
Content Creation: Write blogs, newsletters, and case studies that highlight our projects.
Graphic Design: Develop templates, reports, and visual assets using Canva and Adobe tools.
Marketing Strategy Implementation: Assist with rolling out our new marketing strategy, including CRM setup, email automation, case study library development, and conference coordination.
Branding: Ensure consistency across all materials and explore updates to our brand identity.
What We're Looking For
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong skills in social media, content creation, and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Illustrator/InDesign).
Experience with website management and SEO.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
