Using the inspiration of ancient Rome to explore cooking techniques, traditions and culture and executed with a contemporary edge, Garum will bring a unique concept to the Hibernian Place precinct.We are currently seeking passionate industry professionals to fill waiting roles to assist with the execution of Guy Grossi menu.
Our menu is fun, thoughtful and, most importantly, delicious.This is a dynamic and challenging role with plenty of career development opportunities.
The restaurant seats 130 guests and the service is high quality and professional, a perfect extension of the Grossi brand who is renowned for exceptional service across all of its venues.
