Tutt Bryant Heavy Lift & Shift is currently seeking to appoint an experienced State Operations Manager to lead and manage our business in Queensland.
This role will also have managerial responsibilities over our activities in Queensland.
Reporting to the General Manager, the State Operations Manager will work to ensure that business and financial objectives are met.
This role will drive all aspects of the operation with full responsibility for business planning, customer relations, asset and people management, financial management, policies and procedures (including but not limited to health and safety) and other commercial and corporate functions.
What will you be responsible for? Customer coverage in the Northeastern states of AustraliaAssist in preparation and submission of quotations and tendersContract Management ensuring compliance to all contractual terms (including managing variations and the submission and review of payment/RCTI claims)Resource planning and allocation (including logistics co-ordination and scheduling)Business expansion and diversificationManaging and coordinating a team of people ensuring all work complies with customer requirements and company policiesCoordinating and managing systems, particularly in relation to Quality and OHS&EMonthly customer Invoicing / Revenue ForecastingBudget preparations and provide inputs to reforecasts of Budget during the financial yearReporting on financial status of business divisionProviding technical support and high levels of customer service both internally & externallyFleet management (including equipment status reporting)What will you need to have?
