About the Role
Our mission is to ensure every student looks and feels great in their school uniform
We are looking for a passionate and experienced retail professional to join our dynamic team on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
Our stores are busy and fast-paced, and we strive to provide exceptional customer service to every customer — both in-store and online.
This is a casual position offering approximately 6–9 hours per week initially, with additional shifts available during peak periods.
Availability for full-time hours during back-to-school season is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to both adults and children
Conduct uniform fittings and assist with in-store sales via the POS system
Manage customer communications, including order updates and delivery timelines
Receive and replenish stock in-store and process online orders
Respond to phone and email enquiries professionally and promptly
Support stock ordering and inventory management
Build and maintain strong relationships with school communities
Skills and Experience
Proven retail and sales experience preferred
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Competent with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain — we'll assist the successful applicant)
