The Day-To-Day
* Deliver short-term counselling services through our EAP platform
* Support diverse clients dealing with work-related and personal concerns
* Manage urgent or crisis situations requiring immediate attention
* Employ multiple service delivery channels, including face-to-face, telephone, video sessions, and chat
* Clinically manage client risk within a short-term framework

Key Qualifications
* Qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
* Professional registration with relevant health professional bodies
* Minimum three years' counselling experience
* Ability to clinically manage client risk and work within a short-term framework
* Confidence with computer systems an asset
