Job Description
Elastomers Australia is excited to be recruiting for a full‐time HR Training Administrator to join the team based in Campbellfield. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing HR and training support, including assisting with scheduling staff training, maintaining training records, and general training compliance and reporting.
Duties
* Develop relationships with managers and supervisors to assist in the implementation of training programs and initiatives within their departments
* Prepare training certificates and training booklets where required
* Schedule and organise internal and external training courses
* Liaise, communicate and build rapport with all internal and external stakeholders and preferred providers
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to assist with developing and maintaining learning resources and materials
* Assist in writing and reviewing all work instructions throughout the business
* Provide training reports, monitoring and rectifying gaps, particularly for licenses, first aiders and compliance requirements
* Assist with the administration and maintenance of the training Learning Management System (LMS)
Requirements
* Formal qualifications in training and assessment desirable, but not required (e.g. Cert IV TAE)
* Up to 1–2 years of experience in a HR and training role
* Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
* Good time management, organisational, and communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
