About the Role
Opsafe Group is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator with an Immediate Start to support operations across multiple businesses and WA project sites. This role offers hands‐on exposure across the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to HR systems, reporting, compliance, training coordination and payroll support. This newly created position will provide you the opportunity to actively support our full‐time workforce while building practical experience across a broad range of People & Culture functions. Position Responsibilities
* Coordinating end‐to‐end onboarding and employee documentation
* Assisting with recruitment and mobilisation processes
* Maintaining employee records and HR systems (HRIS)
* Coordinating payroll, leave, roster changes and employment variations
* Assisting with employee relations and disciplinary matters, including preparing documentation, coordinating meetings and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting compliance, training and workforce reporting requirements
* Providing strong administrative and document management support
* Managing confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
What You'll Bring
* Vocational qualification in Human Resources (desirable)
* Experience working in a People & Culture, HR or administrative support role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience managing enquiries or employee requests
* High‐level organisational and time management skills
* Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and HR systems (Employment Hero)
* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources
* Good understanding of Mobilisation Programs (INX, SAM'S)
