Leadership Role - Maintenance and Minor Works
The team delivers a wide range of services from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River, including design, construction, maintenance, and facilities management.
We are responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of all maintenance and minor works activities, as well as delivering high-quality results.
The role requires leadership, coaching, and development of a team of supervisors, with oversight of trade engagement and performance across all hubs.
About The Position
* Provide strategic leadership and guidance to a team of supervisors.
* Ensure consistency in work standards, behaviours, and integration with supervisor-led delivery.
* Drive integration between maintenance delivery, minor projects, and operations teams.
* Act as a key point of escalation for subcontractor and delivery issues.
* Monitor and support delivery against approved program objectives.
* Drive continuous improvement across safety, environment, quality, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
3. Identify and mitigate risks associated with maintenance and minor works activities.
4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
5. Provide input into budget planning and resource allocation.
