THE ROLE
We are seeking a HR Truck Driver – VIC to join our Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations team based in Craigieburn.
This is a hybrid operational role, combining local delivery driving with warehouse support duties. When delivery volumes are reduced, the successful candidate will actively contribute to warehouse operations to ensure contracted hours are met and operational efficiency is maintained.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Driving & Delivery
· Conduct safe, timely and professional deliveries across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
· Load, transport and unload goods in accordance with legal, safety and company requirements.
· Complete delivery documentation accurately, including run sheets and proof of delivery.
· Represent Clover Pipelines professionally when dealing with customers and external parties.
Warehouse Support
· Pick and pack customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
· General warehouse labour and housekeeping as required.
· Flex between driving and warehouse tasks to support operational needs.
Safety, Compliance & Asset Care
· Complete daily vehicle pre-start checks and report defects immediately.
· Ensure all loads are restrained correctly and comply with COR and transport legislation.
· Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely where licensed and authorised.
· Comply with all WHS policies, PPE requirements, and site rules at all times.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
· Current HR Driver's Licence
· CV Crance Licence
· Forklift Licence
· Previous experience in delivery, transport, or warehouse environments
· Strong attention to detail, particularly with paperwork and run sheets
· Reliable, punctual, and team-focused approach
· Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
Availability:
· Monday to Friday
· Approx. hours: 6:30am – 5:00pm (operational flexibility required)
