**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are currently seeking a Forecast Planner to join our team on an 8:6 roster based in Perth. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Workforce/Forecast Planner looking for a step into the Mining industry
Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing labour in our workforce management software. This role is the focal point of contact for our clients, site coordinators and internal managers to ensure that our maintenance works, and shutdowns are set up for success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the client, site, and management team daily.
- Resourcing labour force and asset requirements in accordance with shutdowns.
- Clarifying resource requirements with senior management.
- Communicating resource forecast with the recruitment team and senior management.
- Developing and timely maintain jobs in our workforce management system as per our resource forecast.
- Delivering weekly reports to senior management.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 2 years 'experience in a workforce management type role.
- Experience on a planning or workforce management system is advantageous (OPMS, IFS, SAP etc.)
- A passionate go-getter, problem-solver and takes initiative in their work.
- Have a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to change.
- Be able to work cohesively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Well-developed administrative skills, strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Capable to develop and maintain professional interpersonal skills with all personnel and stakeholders.
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Ability to deliver on deadlines dates.
