Social Media Manager – NAME IT
As Social Media Manager you'll lead a small team of specialists dedicated to strengthening NAME IT's social media presence. You'll play a central role in shaping how we tell the story of our brand house across NAME IT, Lil' Atelier, and LMTD, ensuring each brand's identity is expressed consistently yet distinctly across channels. Together, you'll develop and deliver content that captures our brand spirit and supports our commercial ambitions across retail, wholesale, and online.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the social media strategy.
Lead the creative process for campaigns and content – from concept to delivery.
Ensure a strong, consistent brand presence across platforms.
Evaluate brand insights and audience behaviour to keep storytelling relevant and engaging across markets and age groups.
Turn insights, trends, and new developments in marketing, social commerce, and digital performance into action.
Evaluate results and transform data into actionable learnings.
Collaborate with marketing teams across Europe and with BESTSELLER's central Performance Marketing team to align and share best practices.

Your profile
We're looking for a proactive, curious professional with a creative and commercial mindset. You bring a solid background in social media management and brand communication – and a sharp eye for what drives engagement and results in today's digital landscape.
5+ years of experience in a similar role within fashion, lifestyle, or a creative agency.
Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies.
Strong understanding of content performance, social commerce, and digital trends.
A passion for creative storytelling and authentic brand expression.
Experience leading or guiding a small team or creative partners.
Excellent communication skills in English.
