Our national Major Projects & Approvals team work on a diverse range of renewable energy, resources and infrastructure projects bringing innovative approaches to approvals strategy, impact assessment, cumulative assessments, as well as the communication of complex scientific matters. We have deep expertise and delivering pioneering approaches that deliver high quality outcomes for clients and communities.
We’re looking for someone with your depth of experience to join our national Major Projects & Approvals team in Perth to lead a diverse range of mining, energy and infrastructure projects, bringing innovative approaches to approvals strategy, impact assessment and cumulative assessments. You’ll work with an outstanding bunch of technical specialists; people who love to excel at what they do. You’ll lead the delivery of high-quality outcomes for a range of clients across Western Australia and you’ll have a voice and plenty of opportunity to shape and grow the practice.

* You’ll join a leading team and lead and support primary and secondary environmental approvals under WA environmental and planning legislation for projects across diverse industries

Here’s what you’ll bring to have impact
* A minimum of 7 years plus experience in environmental management, environmental impact assessments and approvals
* An understanding of environmental and planning legislation at a State and Federal level
* Experienced in the delivery of projects across either mining, energy or infrastructure sectors
* A strong network and relationships with clients and regulators
* Project management skills that have helped you to achieve high quality delivery outcomes
* Highly developed research, analysis and report writing skills
* You do what is right for your stakeholders to deliver what is true as opposed to popular
* A passion for mentoring early career team members
