About the Role
Reporting to the COO, the Marketing Manager – Commercial/ Growth will drive the company's entire marketing direction — from brand and content through to campaign execution and lead generation.
You'll shape how the organisation presents itself across corporate, SME, aged care, insurance, and financial services markets, ensuring a polished, consistent, and growth-focused presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies across all business divisions
Lead content creation: social, video, articles, email campaigns, and event collateral
Tailor messaging to diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency
Manage the CMS (Apache preferred) and lead SEO strategy to grow digital visibility
Oversee external agencies across digital, design, and social
Manage marketing budgets and report on ROI and campaign performance
Present insights and reporting to executive leadership
Drive engagement across major partnerships, events, and not-for-profit collaborations

Clear, measurable ROI on marketing activities
A unified, professional brand identity across all channels
Higher-quality leads and improved conversion for business development teams
About you
5+ years' experience in marketing (financial services or insurance ideal, but all industries considered with a growth focus)
Experience managing multi-entity or parent-company marketing frameworks
Ability to make small edits using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Confident managing external partners and digital providers
Strong understanding of CMS platforms (Apache, WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal)
Solid grasp of SEO and digital advertising
Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
Degree in Marketing or similar
