You'll play a critical role in delivering business results while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will: Drive portfolio performance, achieving sales, profit, and marketing objectives while contributing to strategic business decisions.
Lead and support cross-functional initiatives and projects, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Regulatory teams.
Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics, including promotions, pricing, distribution, and sales support, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, industry bodies, and key opinion leaders to enhance product credibility and market presence.
Partner with demand planners and leadership on inventory management, forecasting, budgeting, and S&OP processes.
Maintain high standards of product knowledge across teams and support tenders, contracts, and other business-critical processes.
ABOUT YOU: Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Product Manager within the medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or Engineering.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
Strong digital marketing skills, with experience leveraging digital channels to drive engagement and growth.
Open to interstate and international travel, providing exposure to diverse teams and projects.
