Position Overview
Sales Coordinator and Client Engagement Lead – Sydney Direct Sales team, 12‐month contract.
Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities
* Supporting the smooth operation of the Sales Department by delivering high‐quality pre‐sales administration and client coordination.
* Providing day‐to‐day support to Account Managers and Sales Managers to enhance workflow efficiency.
* Maintaining strong internal and external client satisfaction to maximise revenue opportunities for Southern Cross Austereo.
* Delivering ad‐hoc administrative and coordination support across cross‐functional teams within the local market.
* Managing event coordination, expense processing, diary and inbox management, sales reporting, and administrative project tasks.
* Handling travel arrangements and providing general project support as required.
Qualifications
