Bamara Education & Training is seeking the services of a qualified Community Services Trainers that can deliver training through virtual means. We are looking for passionate Trainers who are able to work across multiple cultures and a diverse cohort of learners.
**Description**:
The Role
Trainers will conduct weekly & monthly workshops to progress learners through their courses.
**Employment**: Casual
**Essential Qualifications required**:
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Or equivalent The TAE40110 plus the units TAEASS502 and TAELLN411
**Community Services Trainer require**:
Certificate IV Community Services or above
Recent professional development
**Skills and Experiences**:
Valid Checks
All successful applicants will need to have a valid paid working with Children's Check or the ability to gain one.
An ability to pass a Police CV check
**Desirable**:
Ability to be flexible and understand learner needs
Cooperative, communicative, and willing to be solution focussed.
Ability to work with First Nations students as well as students from a diverse range of communities and backgrounds.
**Rate**:
to be negotiated based on credentials, flexibility, industry expertise, knowledge, skills, and length of time within industry
