In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering high-quality business and administrative support for Professional Integrity, this role will see you manage and coordinate complaints and Public Interest Disclosures (PIDs), ensuring sensitive information is handled confidentially and investigations run smoothly.
You will support case management, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and provide clear guidance on PID policies, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
You will navigate complex, fast-paced workloads and balance multiple priorities in a context where the welfare of stakeholders and compliance with legislation are paramount.

About you
Your strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills, formed across business administration, case management, or compliance roles, will see you excel in supporting sensitive investigations, maintaining accurate records, and delivering timely updates that meet regulatory and governance requirements.
You're recognised as trustworthy and meticulous, skilled at coordinating processes, managing confidential information, and supporting stakeholders, experienced in delivering professional integrity, compliance, or investigative support in challenging environments.
