We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic category management and corporate procurement excellence. This role will lead cross-functional teams, driving value-focused initiatives and process improvements that benefit the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute national procurement strategies
* Analyze spend data and supplier arrangements for optimization opportunities
* Lead sourcing activities, ensuring best-in-class solutions and service quality
* Influence procurement planning and decision-making across the organization
* Cultivate trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
* Support strategic vendor relationship management and commercial growth initiatives
Requirements:
* Strong category management expertise, preferably spanning corporate services, labour hire, professional services, PPE/Uniforms, or non-operational materials
* Strategic and commercially astute mindset with experience in building influential relationships
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in environments undergoing significant change and think creatively to overcome traditional procurement challenges
* Familiarity with fleet categories is an asset but not essential
