Our Perth Office is looking for a Full‑time Accounts Receivable and Payable Officer to join our team.
About the role
* Provide data entry of invoices into Business Central.
* Ensure accurate collating and coding of invoices.
* Prepare and seek approval of weekly payment runs.
* Code, reconcile, enter and pay company credit cards.
* Create and issue sales invoices to franchisees.
About you
* 3 years' experience in a similar role.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Accounts Payable.
* Experience in general accounting procedures.
* Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
