Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Change Delivery Professional to facilitate the delivery of change and continuous improvement across our organization. Key responsibilities include:
* Contribute to the design and development of our Change Delivery practice
* Lead and manage delivery of identified change initiatives
* Develop templates and internal communications to assist initiative owners
* Assist colleagues in managing the change delivery pipeline
* Create detailed work plans to sequence activities and successfully complete assigned changes
* Participate in portfolio impact assessments and collaborate with wider teams
* Monitor progress, adjust as necessary, and implement contingency plans to ensure successful project completion
Requirements:
The successful applicant will have extensive industry experience, including change/project/program delivery, and guide colleagues and initiative owners through the change delivery process. Required skills include:
* 5+ years in general Project management or Change Delivery within a similar industry
* Strong experience in operations
* Ability to engage and liaise with internal stakeholders
* Understanding of project life cycles and documentation
* Project coordination and business analyst skills
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Ability to prioritize and use initiative
