Software Lifecycle Specialist Role Overview
This is a pivotal position in managing software agreement lifecycles for clients, with a primary focus on Cisco.
Key Responsibilities:
* Agreement Management: The Software Lifecycle Specialist will manage and nurture internal and external relationships with key stakeholders to ensure clients realize value from their investments.
* Vendor Partnerships: Maximize NTT Data's profitability through vendor programmatic funding mechanisms.
* Critical Skills: A strong understanding of Cisco Software Programs, technology, and key licensing schemes is necessary. Knowledge of other software vendors' solutions is highly regarded.
* Experience Requirements: Seasoned experience in sales and/or client success engagements within a commercial service offering environment is required. Experience with and an understanding of agreement lifecycle stages is essential.
* Client Engagement: Proactive engagement with clients to support the Sales Specialist achieve on-time renewals and maximize growth opportunities is necessary.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop and maintain solid stakeholder relationships across client organizations.
* Business Strategy: The ability to interpret a client's business strategy and objectives to understand opportunities for NTT Data solutions and services is crucial.
