We now have a fantastic opportunity for a self‑motivated Parts and Service Advisor to join our team at our Queanbeyan branch. In this role, you will leverage your exceptional customer‑service skills to deliver high‑quality support to both internal and external customers.
We are looking for a proactive individual who prides themselves on providing consistent, high‑quality service, following process, maintaining urgency, and getting the job done.
Day‑to‑Day Duties
* Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
* Process parts sales via phone and over the counter
* Complete invoicing, picking, packing, and distribution of parts
* Interpret spare parts and assist customers with accurate selections
* Process internal sales for service and sales departments
* Conduct annual and rolling stocktakes
* Maintain accurate stock control
* Perform general warehousing duties
* Schedule service jobs and liaise with customers regarding progress
* Prepare invoices and quotes for repairs
The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate
* Strong communication skills
* Proven customer‑service experience
* Excellent computer skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
* Technical/mechanical aptitude (advantageous but not essential)
