About the Job
We are seeking an ambitious and skilled individual to join our team as a Field Representative. This is a casual role that offers 16 hours of work per week, spread across four days.
As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for delivering visual merchandising services in-store, aligned with our service level agreements. You will also support, train, and deliver in-store projects, acting as an ambassador for our business and building strong relationships with both Bunnings and DuluxGroup teams.
In this autonomous role, you will play a key part in enabling our sales teams to execute their roles, support their in-store strategies, and provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers. You will also have the opportunity to understand our marketing fundamentals from the ground up.
This role presents multiple pathways for development into other businesses within DuluxGroup and/or full-time roles. Responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining key customer relationships
* Ordering, merchandising, and stock presentation (including manual handling)
* Maintaining in-store displays
* Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly
* Assisting with major planogram initiatives

Requirements
* Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware is desirable but not essential
* You must be self-motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required
* Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use technology and various digital applications and systems
* Strong time management, prioritisation skills, and own initiative
