Your Responsibilities
* SUPPORT THE STORE MANAGER IN THEIR ROLE, COACHING THE STORE TEAM TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DRIVE RETAIL SALES THROUGH EFFECTIVE MERCHANDISING AND VISUAL DISPLAYS.
* DRIVE GROWTH THROUGH EFFECTIVE STOCK MANAGEMENT AND BY IDENTIFYING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Requirements
* A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS IN RETAIL SALES WITH A PASSION FOR HOME STYLING.
* A POSITIVE ATTITUDE, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO WORK WELL UNDER PRESSURE.
