Families Support Worker
This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of families in need. As a Families Support Worker, you will work closely with families to understand their needs and develop plans to address these needs. You will connect families with local resources, provide individualized support, and facilitate group sessions to help families build stronger relationships and achieve their goals.
The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma in a related field, such as community services, youth work, or social work. They will also have experience working with families who are experiencing complex issues and a proven track record of delivering effective community-based programs. The Families Support Worker will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and clients. A current National Police Clearance and a valid WA Driver's License are also required.
