About the Role
As a Delicatessen Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our deli department. You will take pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and community.
About You and Your Skills
* You should have previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
* You must possess direct/indirect leadership experience as you will need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
* You will be responsible for maintaining excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control.
* You should always look to simplify processes and adhere to strict audit, food safety and compliance standards.
* You will drive a one-team culture which celebrates success and puts our team members' health, safety and wellbeing first.
* You will delight our customers with an outstanding shopping experience.
