About The Role

Team Global Express is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Operations Support Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Location: Altona
Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 4:30pm
Fixed-Term Contract – 12 Months

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, customer-focused administrative support
* Respond to calls and emails from customers and drivers in a timely manner
* Conduct pre-delivery calls to customers to ensure efficient service delivery
* Input delivery times and bookings into TGE Courier systems
* Prepare subcontractor payments and manage related queries
* Process Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
* Enter manual run sheets and delivery notes to ensure accurate invoicing
* Manage job bookings, allocations, and pricing for accounts
* Prepare KPI reporting in line with customer requirements
* Liaise with customers regarding schedule changes or service issues
* Maintain strong communication between Customer Service and Operations
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Health, Safety & Compliance
* Follow TGE and legislative WHS requirements
* Identify and report hazards, injuries, and incidents
* Participate in audits and safety improvement initiatives
* Promote a safe, compliant, and professional workplace
