You'll be working in a lively environment where no two days are the same.Team Spirit: Join a supportive and energetic team that values creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.What You'll Do:Manage a team behind the bar, focusing on promoting a positive culture and nurturing wellbeingFocus on ordering & stocktake duties, as well as keep up to date with high safety standards!Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including our new cocktail creationsEnsure the bar area is well-stocked and maintained to the highest standardsEngage with guests, providing exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming atmosphereAssist with other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations across the departmentWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience in leadership in a bar setting is highly regarded - open to general bar experience too!
