About the Role
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support our chocolatiers and kitchen team with day-to-day production and kitchen operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with chocolate and confectionery production
* Preparing ingredients and equipment
* Cleaning and sanitising kitchen tools and work areas
* Dishwashing and general kitchen upkeep
* Packing and labelling products
* Supporting stock rotation and storage
* Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
About You
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
* High attention to detail
* Able to follow instructions and work efficiently
* A team player with a positive attitude
* Previous kitchen or food production experience (preferred but not essential)
* Food handling certification (desirable)
