About The Role
Our client is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer. This is a full‐time permanent role, located in Melbourne, Canberra, or Brisbane, with hybrid working arrangements (3 days onsite / 2 days remote).
As The Selected Candidate, You Will
* Engage in business and technology transformation initiatives across multiple delivery stages
* Define project scope, gather requirements, and produce functional and technical specifications
* Develop proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual solution designs
* Coordinate solution implementation and support change management activities
* Act as a subject matter expert in AWS cloud infrastructure, collaborating across teams
To Be Successful In This Role You Should Have
* Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
* Strong experience with Azure DevOps (Build & Release pipelines, YAML) and AWS integration
* Proficiency working with JSON/YAML for configuration and deployment pipelines
* Linux systems administration experience and shell scripting capability
* Strong documentation skills, including runbooks and operational procedures
It Is Desirable If You Have
* Experience in .NET Full Stack Development
* Exposure to Cloud Automation and DevOps practices
* Understanding of Cloud Enterprise Architecture
* Experience in Cloud Services Management
* Background in IT Infrastructure Operations
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with Baseline or NV1 security clearance.
