Early Childhood Educator Role

We're looking for an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Cameron Park. As a key member of our educational team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
About the Position:
* This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team.
* You will work alongside our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to develop and implement engaging learning programs that promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
* As a valued member of our team, you'll be encouraged to share your knowledge and expertise with colleagues and contribute to the development of our centre's educational program.
Your Responsibilities:
1. To plan and deliver high-quality learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
2. To work collaboratively with other educators to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
3. To establish and maintain strong relationships with families and communicate effectively with them about their child's progress and well-being.
4. To participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge as an Early Childhood Educator.
Requirements:
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current NSW Working with Children Check.
