Head Office is located in Yatala (QLD) with depots/yards located in Melbourne, Sydney, Warnervale, Mackay, Bowen, Townsville, Tully, Innisfail and Mareeba.
We are seeking a full-time Administration Clerk with experience in transport operations administration to join our team in Yatala.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Responsibilities
As an Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Data entry of bookings
Updating bookings
Manifesting delivery and pick up loads
Liaising with clients and staff
Reporting weekly to management
Daily use of Excel spreadsheets
Requirements
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Experience within the Transport/Logistics Sector is essential
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously
Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety responsibilities
Ability to handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner
Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
Ability to work one rostered weekend day every four weeks
