The facility can accommodate 65 residents who choose to make it their home, providing private and comfortable accommodation. About the role
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work as part of a small, caring, flexible, and committed team that is integral to our community. The Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) plays a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centered nursing care to residents. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the EEN supports residents’ health and well-being by providing clinical care, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities. The role requires a commitment to enhancing residents’ quality of life while ensuring their safety, dignity, and comfort.
Requirements
Appropriate qualification and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Current NDIS worker screening check or willingness to obtain one
Commitment and work ethic to deliver quality and caring clinical health care services
Enjoy working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
