Job Summary
The Project Manager oversees the delivery of projects in accordance with NEC4 processes, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
* Assigning resources to deliver works efficiently
* Providing constructability input to design teams
* Reviewing progress against plans and contractual arrangements
* Ensuring contract, commercial, and financial risk management
* Monitoring staff and labour resourcing
* Performing internal cost tracking and external cost reporting
* Identifying and managing project changes
* Engineering degree or equivalent
* Recent work experience managing medium to large projects
* Demonstrate leadership in health, safety, and environmental management
* Advanced financial and commercial management skills
* Client relationship and stakeholder management experience
* Highly competent with MS Office
* Project Management diploma or master's degree
* Leadership experience in health, safety, and environmental management
