About Us — Spuds Marquee Hire
Spuds Marquee Hire delivers marquees and event infrastructure across WA, from premium weddings to large-scale corporate and council events.
Alongside this, we operate The Fun Depot, providing inflatables, rides, games and interactive event attractions.
Together, the two brands allow us to deliver complete event solutions, from structures to entertainment, all under one coordinated operation.
We’re known for our presentation, reliability and attention to detail, and we are building the Gold Standard in events in WA.
Where You Fit In
You will be the first point of contact for many clients, friendly, confident and helpful.
Your role is to:
* Understand what the client is trying to achieve
* Help them choose the right setup and package including marquees, event infrastructure, inflatables and more
* Guide the enquiry through to a smooth confirmed booking
* Pass clean, accurate information to our operations team so the event runs properly
You are the link between the client and the crew.
Your Role Will Include
* Calling and following up new enquiries and leads
* Communicating with clients via phone, email and CRM
* Understanding event needs and recommending the right setup
* Quoting marquees, weddings, corporate events and Fun Depot equipment
* Suggesting upgrades where they add value including flooring, lighting and linings
* Confirming bookings and preparing clear handovers for operations
* Managing all client information in our systems with accuracy
* Following up enquiries so nothing falls through the cracks
* Problem solving when plans change
Tech and Systems Requirement
We run a structured, systemised operation.
You must be:
* Comfortable using CRM and booking software
* Fast and confident on a computer
* Able to learn systems quickly
* Good with inboxes, calendars and digital workflows
* Accurate with data and job details

Hours: Part-Time (30 hours per week) or Full-Time
