About the Role
As ourProperty & Fleet Administration Officer, you'll keep our national operations running smoothly — from maintaining our offices to coordinating our vehicle fleet.
You'll be part of a supportive, values-driven team that ensures our people have the tools and spaces they need to deliver life-changing work.
You'll be the go-to person for all things property and fleet, providing vital support to our Property & Fleet Manager and working collaboratively with teams across the country.
What You'll Do
Log and manage property and fleet service requests
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor services
Support finance processes including invoicing and cost coding
Maintain property and fleet registers and databases
Assist with relocations, refurbishments, and vehicle administration
Deliver exceptional support with professionalism and care
Essential
The right to work in Australia
Willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check and complete a criminal history check
A valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
Strong admin, time management, and communication skills
A self-starter who can work without direct supervision when required
Intermediate with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Desirable
Experience using service desk or task management systems
Knowledge of property and fleet management
Finance or accounts payable experience
Location
On-site at ourBatemans Bayoffice.
